I think she saw it by accident. I don't think anyone meant for her to see it anyway. I have another memory from when she's older, and she sees another Fallen One. She tells her friend about when she'd witnessed an experiment, and I think she's referring to the incident I dreamed of last night. Those experiments had since been forbidden.
